A Day in the Life

As a Part Time Customer Service Consultant, you will be the voice of Aesop, providing exceptional support and building lasting relationships with our customers. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be a key player in a team dedicated to delivering a thoughtful and memorable consumer experience that reflects Aesop's unique brand philosophy.

• Elevate the Customer Experience: Engage with customers across various channels (phone, email, social media), offering personalized advice, escalate health-related cases, and provide solutions with care and precision.
  We take a White-Glove approach with Aesop customers.
• Embody Brand Expertise: Become an expert on Aesop's product range and ethos, providing insightful recommendations and resolving customer enquiries with confidence.
• Drive Customer Loyalty: Build and implement strategies to foster strong customer relationships, turning every interaction into a positive and enriching experience.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to share consumer insights and ensure a seamless, high-quality journey for all our customers.
• Support E-commerce Operations: Proactively investigate, track and resolve queries related to shipments, missing parcels, and delivery exceptions to ensure seamless order fulfilment .
  Escalate technical issues to Digital teams and collaborate to enact impactful systemic changes

NB: This is a 6 Month Max Term Contract Working Monday-Thursday

We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual with a genuine appreciation for customer service and a strong alignment with Aesop’s values. You are empathetic, an excellent communicator, and have a meticulous approach to your work. We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrates  Customer Centricity , always putting the consumer’s needs at the heart of every decision.
• Excels in  Building Effective Relationships with customers, as well as internal and external teams.
• Has strong  Communication Skills , able to convey information clearly and with the brand’s distinct tone of voice.
• Is  Agile and solution-oriented , capable of navigating challenges, rapid change, and finding effective resolutions.
• Shows a keen ability for creative  Problem-Solving , with a methodical and thoughtful approach. We value Critical Thinking and Resilience in this role.
• Strong Technology skills , with the ability to multi-task across several digital platforms, processes and systems. Comfortability with Excel a bonus.
• Adhere to L'Oréal's guidelines on Data Privacy and Compliance Regulatory frameworks
