What You Will Do Ensure materials are ordered and available for the trades to perform their work safely and in a timely fashion. Responsible for work order creation and closure, preventive maintenance work assignment, parts & material ordering, hourly overtime work documentation and MOC submittals. Provide SAP plant Maintenance function management and oversight of on-time completion and scheduling of preventive maintenance work for our maintenance group. Be responsible for communicating and articulating business goals, company policies, terms & conditions, risks and opportunities. Serve as supervisor backup, overseeing work, approving time and prioritization when the supervisor is away from the office. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field. Experience working cross-functionally with leadership, customers, and technicians in a high-volume, customer-focused work environment. This role is: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
