Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat by diagnosing issues and providing appropriate resolutions. Assist customers in navigating our product features and functionalities, ensuring they achieve optimal use of our solutions. Document incidents and service requests in detail, enabling accurate tracking of customer interactions. Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and assist in the enhancement of products based on customer experiences. Conduct training sessions for customers on the use of products and troubleshooting basics. Stay abreast of product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to provide the best support. Maintain a positive attitude, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the support process. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a technical or healthcare‑related field is preferred. Proven experience in a technical support role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors. Strong understanding of technical issues related to healthcare technology and pharma products. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical users. Proficiency in customer support software and tools, along with MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks. Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies as they arise in the industry.
