Ground-Up Custom Home Builder - Project-Based Contractor

Vassar & Company Properties is seeking experienced Custom Home Builders for ground-up construction across our Tampa Bay portfolio. This on-site, 1099 contractor role offers flexible, project-based scheduling and assignments based on scope and timelines. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle construction, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining safety and quality.
