VP-Vice president

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President (VP) to join our executive leadership team and drive business growth, operational excellence, and organizational performance.

The VP will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business results.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the United States.

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals and long-term objectives.

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on company-wide initiatives and business decisions.

• Lead and manage high-performing teams across relevant business functions.

• Establish departmental goals, KPIs, budgets, and performance targets.

• Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and organizational scalability.

• Identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, and growth initiatives.

• Develop and optimize business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.

• Monitor business performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to executive leadership.

• Manage departmental budgets, resources, staffing, and strategic investments.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations.

• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, stakeholders, and senior executives.

• Identify organizational risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

• Lead organizational change, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Recruit, mentor, coach, and retain high-performing leaders and employees.

• Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

• Ensure departmental activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, client meetings, and strategic engagements when appropriate.

• 10+ years of progressive professional experience, with significant leadership responsibility.

• 5+ years of experience in a senior management or executive leadership position.

• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Strong strategic planning, financial, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, resources, and organizational priorities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of growth and operational strategies.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Experience working directly with CEOs, executives, boards, customers, and strategic partners.

• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fully remote and distributed organization.

• Experience in a technology, SaaS, AI, consulting, or high-growth company.

• Experience scaling teams, operations, or business units.

• Experience leading digital transformation or strategic growth initiatives.

• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Management, Finance, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
