Job Description:

As a General Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations and leading front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service and guest experiences. You will manage both people and performance, ensuring operational excellence, financial success, and alignment with company standards.

This role is ideal for a seasoned hospitality professional who thrives in a high-end dining environment and is committed to building strong teams, maintaining consistency, and driving results.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest experiences
• Hire, train, and develop front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and hospitality
• Lead and manage the team with clear expectations, accountability, and ongoing development
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure alignment between service execution and cuisine
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and overall guest environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and urgency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and the local community

• Support and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and private dining opportunities
• Maintain operational systems, reporting, and communication aligned with company expectations

Qualifications:

• Proven success as a General Manager or senior leadership role in fine dining or upscale restaurants
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Expertise in financial management, including P&L, budgeting, labor scheduling, and cost controls
• Dedication to guest satisfaction, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-performance environment
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Professional demeanor and commitment to excellence
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
