Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take on a critical role in our clients' mental health journeys. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and goals.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methods tailored to each client.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing your insights and expertise in enhancing patient outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
