Customer Service Office Administrator

Benefits: Employee discounts Paid time off Health insurance About the Role: ComfortKing USA, an apparel distribution company based in Fairfield, NJ is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service / Office Administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day. Key Responsibilities: Enter and process customer orders accurately in the system Take and manage customer orders via phone and email Resolve day-to-day customer service issues in a professional manner Follow up on delinquent accounts and assist with collections Prepare and process invoices Update inventory and prices using Excel. Organize and manage product samples Assist with various administrative tasks as needed (daily responsibilities may vary) Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
