Customer Service Position

(Multi-Office Insurance Agency - Las Vegas Area)

Position Summary

The Customer Service position is responsible for:

• Managing inbound customer calls
• Processing policy service requests
• Scheduling coverage reviews
• Protecting Sales and Account Managers from interruption
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Escalating complex issues appropriately

This role is the operational backbone of the office.

What This Position Is NOT

• Not a commission-driven sales position
• Not a remote position
• Not a stepping stone to immediate promotion
• Not flexible start-time

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM start commitment
• In-office position (no remote)
• This role requires daily in-office presence and reliability

Punctuality and attendance are critical to this position.

Compensation

• Base salary: $38,000 - $42,000 (based on experience and stability history)
• Quarterly performance bonus based on:
  • Attendance
  • Documentation accuracy
  • Escalation discipline
  • Professional conduct
• Paid time off
• 401(k) match after one year
• Group health, vision and dental insurance available

Active Nevada Personal Line or P/C License Required (or ability to obtain within 30 days if currently licensed in another state).

Prior insurance or office experience preferred but not required.

• Protecting review blocks for Account Managers
• Maintaining clean documentation
• Demonstrating steady professionalism
• Consistent punctuality
