Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Ascension at Home together with Compassus is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patient recovery and independence in home settings. Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Current driver’s license. Current CPR certification. Negative TB screen and hepatitis consent/declination.
