With medical professionals and physicians affiliated with major hospitals in the New York metropolitan area, Premier has wheelchair accessible practices located in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens.Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Assess patients to determine dental needsDevelop dental treatment plansProvide dental care and complete treatment plansEducate patients on preventive care, planned care, treatment, and follow-upMake referrals on assessed needsParticipate in on-call scheduleProvide emergency care as necessaryComplete all documentationAdhere to Medical Staff By-Laws, Rules, & RegulationsMinimum Qualification Requirements including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities (e.g., lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.):Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities; or enrollment in a Dental Residency Program.Preferred Qualification Requirements (desired requirements beyond MQRs above):2+ years of post-residency clinical experienceActive Medicare and NYS Medicaid registrationFamiliarity with the NextGen EHRExperience with the I/DD patient populationCompensation:$95.00 - $100.00 per hour, depending on experienceSchedule:TBD - approximately 16 - 20 hours per weekIf you share our vision and want to help support people to live the fullest lives possible, YAI will be the right place for you.
