Neonatal Physician Assistant - Hollywood, Florida

Pediatrix Medical Group of Florida is seeking a full-time experienced Neonatal Physician Assistant to join our nationally recognized neonatology team ranked #25 in the neonatology specialty by U.S. News & World Report . • 62-bed Level IV NICU and 22 Level II beds with an average daily census of 70+
\n
• Over 5,000 annual births at Joe DiMaggio and 8,000+ across two sister NICUs with 36 Level III beds
\n
• Access to cutting-edge neonatal care : ECMO, therapeutic hypothermia, BPD programs, HFOV, HFJV, NAVA
\n
• Robust high-risk perinatal navigation program
\n
• Care of a full spectrum of complex neonatal diagnoses
\n
• Supported by a comprehensive team of pediatric subspecialists
\n
• Flexible scheduling: 10 12 hour day shifts , 12 16 hour night shifts , and 24-hour shifts at Memorial West and Memorial Miramar
\n
• Strong network of affiliated Pediatrix practices and a community of colleagues within the largest nationwide neonatology practice

• Designated Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Center (RPICC)

  Current certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

  Minimum of a master s degree

  Applicants must have completed a one year post-masters Neonatal PA training program or have one year of recent experience as a Neonatal PA in a NICU
