Maintenance Lead

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Lead to join their team. As a Maintenance Lead, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: $28-$30

What's the Job?

• Perform visual inspections and testing of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex machinery by interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and OEM manuals.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus, including transformers, wiring, and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
• Operate cutting torches, welding equipment, and fabricate metal structures as needed for maintenance tasks.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to maximize equipment uptime and reliability, supporting continuous process improvement.

What's Needed?

• Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals, along with knowledge of PLCs, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to operate machinery, small hand tools, and precision measuring devices effectively.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and adherence to safety protocols such as Lockout/Tagout.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
