Location: Marietta, GA

Shift: Monday Sunday 8:00AM 7:30PM

Hourly Rate: $22.45/Hour on W2

Interview: Interviews will be held with Shawn Reese Monday through Friday, must be available 8-16:30 or 11-19:30. Weekends are mandatory. Those hours are Saturday 8:45-17:30 and Sunday 9:45-15:30. 32-to-40-hour work week

Job Duties

• Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
• Interact with customers, provide solutions, and ensure world-class service.
• Continuously practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Take ownership of customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Learn and stay updated on all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
• Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, point-of-sale devices, and other store equipment/software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
• Strong internet skills.
• Outstanding phone skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.
• Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful demeanor with a professional appearance.
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible.
• Able to lift 40+ pounds.
• Willing and able to work up to 28 hours per week.
