Production Supervisor

We’re on the lookout for a high‑energy Production Supervisor ready to make a major impact inside a world‑class engine manufacturing facility . What You Will Be Doing Lead and develop a team of 16 hourly production team members Own the day‑to‑day performance of the marine engine value stream Drive safety, quality, productivity, and flow across the production floor Solve real‑time production challenges and remove roadblocks Implement and improve lean manufacturing practices Build and maintain visual management tools to track targets, pace, and performance Create visibility from raw materials through finished inboard and outboard engines Partner closely with the Plant Manager and leadership team What We Need From You Strong background in manufacturing supervision and team leadership Ability to manage performance, coach, and develop people Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment Ability to build and use visualization tools (targets, pacing, KPIs, etc.) High energy — this is a hands‑on, on‑your‑feet leadership role Strong communication and people‑focused leadership style Experience with engines or engine production Proven success improving flow, reducing waste, or driving CI initiatives The Perks You’d join a growing operation in a highly visible role.
