Step into a day in the life at Express Employment Professionals
You arrive ready to connect talent with opportunity. Your morning begins with reviewing new job orders and prioritizing urgent roles. You align with the team to ensure quality placements move quickly and clients receive proactive communication.
How your day unfolds- Relationship stewardship: Nurture and maintain ongoing partnerships with existing clients, ensuring their evolving workforce needs are met.
- Business growth: Assist in developing new business opportunities and support inside sales activities to drive client growth and retention.
- Talent sourcing: Proactively identify and attract top candidates through multiple platforms, tools, and creative strategies.
- Candidate assessment: Conduct interviews in person, by phone, and virtually to evaluate experience, fit, and availability.
- Associate care: Support and guide associates throughout their assignments, answering questions and ensuring a positive experience.
- Speed with quality: Fill job orders with urgency while maintaining high standards and accurate documentation.
- HR operations: Complete employment verifications, background checks, and other HR tasks as needed.
- Client enablement: Perform targeted inside sales outreach to strengthen relationships and uncover additional placement opportunities.
- Availability to work 40+ hours per week
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Team-first mindset and collaborative approach
- Strong data entry accuracy and computer proficiency
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingual skills are a plus, not required
- Self-starter with excellent organization
- Comfortable working against deadlines with a healthy sense of urgency
