Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Current BLS and ACLS required.PALS and NRP required within 12 months of hire.Ability to interpret EKGs and care for critically ill patients.Relevant education or experience in critical care preferred. Operating Room / PACU Current BLS and ACLS required.PALS and NRP required within 12 months of hire.Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills.On-call availability within 20 minutes of the hospital.Thorough knowledge of sterile technique and maintenance of a sterile field. Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required.OPS Emergency Workshop and STABLE certification required within 12 months.SAFER NM Technician certification preferred.Skilled in all aspects of perinatal care, labor support, delivery, and newborn assessment.Knowledge of sterile technique and sterile field maintenance.Nursing Administration Roles Case Manager / Utilization Review Nurse (RN) Is responsible for coordinating patient care progression, discharge planning, and utilization review activities. This integrated role ensures appropriate levels of care, regulatory compliance, efficient resource utilization, and optimal patient outcomes.The position combines clinical Case Management functions with Utilization Review responsibilities, including medical necessity reviews, inpatient and concurrent authorizations, concurrent reviews, denial prevention, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
