We provide comprehensive evidence‑based services across Applied Behavior Analysis, Occupational Therapy, and Speech‑Language Pathology in a multi‑disciplinary environment. Position: ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician As an ABA Therapist / RBT, you will implement direct ABA care services under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities Provide direct care services to clients in one‑on‑one or group therapy formats as directed by the Supervising Clinician and individual client treatment plan. Collect and record client behavior data (using Hi Rasmus). Collaborate with clients, parents, and staff through communication and support. Maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families. Attend consultation/meeting sessions with Supervising Clinician to review objectives, assess progress, and implement necessary changes. Participate in clinic or payer‑required ongoing trainings to advance clinical practice and professional development. Assist with additional clinical and administrative duties as delegated. Schedule Requirements 32+ hours per week. Clinic open Monday–Friday 8:30 am–7:00 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am–3:00 pm. Evening flexibility and Saturdays are required. Position Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or some college coursework preferred. Must have or be willing to complete the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within the BACB timeline. Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification. Negative TB test result. Reliable transportation. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift, squat, bend, push/pull 50 lbs as needed for therapy services.
