Position Summary

USL Dallas, LLC is seeking a proactive Senior Human Resources Coordinator to support both Atltico Dallas and Dallas Trinity FC. Reporting to executive leadership, this role will oversee all aspects of the employee experience and serve as the primary HR partner across business operations and soccer operations. The Human Resources Manager will lead recruiting and onboarding efforts, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR systems administration. This individual will play a critical role in helping build a high-performance culture while supporting the continued growth of both clubs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Human Resources resource for all employees and leaders across Atltico Dallas and Dallas Trinity FC.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, workplace policies, performance management, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
• Lead recruitment efforts for full-time, part-time, seasonal, and matchday positions.
• Manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and staffing strategies.
• Assist with compensation administration, salary benchmarking, and job description development.
• Support payroll administration and coordinate employee data updates with Finance and payroll providers.
• Administer employee benefit programs and serve as a resource for employee questions and concerns.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback to improve retention and engagement.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, and organizational analytics for leadership.
• Coordinate employee training and professional development opportunities.
• Support club events, matchdays, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Broad knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, workers' compensation, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Working knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and employee data management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented environment.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification required.
• Previous experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or live events is preferred.
• The selected candidate must successfully pass a comprehensive background check as a condition of employment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
