Program Manager - 70 % Travelling

*Job Summary*

Ivy Technology is seeking a seasoned and driven Program Manager to lead and support complex fulfillment center deployments and retrofit initiatives for our clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects across geographically dispersed sites. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to navigate dynamic environments while collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and Amazon stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities*

* *Program Leadership*: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of deployment and retrofit programs, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
* *Project Execution*: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including site launches, retrofits, material handling equipment installations, and technology integrations.
* *Client Interface*: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring exceptional communication, alignment on expectations, and proactive issue resolution.
* *Resource Management*: Coordinate Ivy’s internal and external resources, including subcontractors, technicians, and logistics partners, to ensure timely and quality execution.
* *Schedule & Budget Oversight*: Develop detailed schedules, manage budgets, and report on program progress, milestones, and financial performance.
* *Change Management*: Assess scope changes and manage change orders while maintaining transparent communication with clients and internal leadership.
* *Risk & Issue Management*: Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans; escalate critical issues when needed.
* *Quality & Safety Compliance*: Uphold Ivy’s standards for quality and safety across all projects, ensuring compliance with site requirements and policies.
* *Reporting & Documentation*: Maintain thorough documentation of project phases, prepare executive summaries, and deliver data-driven reports on KPIs, performance, and lessons learned.

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in logistics, automation, or industrial deployment.
* Previous experience with fulfillment center projects strongly preferred.
* PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management tools.
* Ability to read technical drawings, schedules, and scopes of work.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Willingness to travel up to –75 -90% based on project locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
