Reunion Program Coordinator for Glenncrest at Decatur Primary Responsibilities of the Reunion Program Coordinator: Successfully creates and implements the Reunion activity calendar daily. Monthly activity calendars should also tie into the QSLM annual/monthly theme. Collaborates with the Director of Memory Care on activities and entertainment that best meet the needs of the residents. Ensure residents have an opportunity to exercise each day. Receives instruction and recommendations from the Director of Memory Care. Implements a resident's walking/ambulation program according to the resident’s needs and abilities. Assist with scheduling opportunities for residents to enjoy local cultural events according to the residents’ service plan and ability to participate. Implements the Reunion Program for each resident at the time of admission. Assists new residents in adjusting to their unique environment and schedule. Ensures that new residents are placed at a dining table with other residents who share similar interests and socialization abilities. Requirements Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others A High School Diploma is required.
