Clinic RN Specialty Care - Cardiology

Job Description As an advocate for the patient, the Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty Care assists patients to reach optimal function and health in an appropriate environment that would support their needs. The Clinic RN functions within the full scope of nursing practice, adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act and related regulations. The position includes the major responsibilities of patient care, coordination of care across the continuum, and, with additional training, may include work in Device Clinic, Anticoagulation Clinic, or stress testing under provider guidance. Team-based care is a healthcare delivery approach where a group of healthcare professionals provide comprehensive care to patients. The goal is to improve patient outcomes, enhance the quality of care, increase patient satisfaction, and optimize the use of healthcare resources by leveraging the expertise of each team member. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged. Qualifications Wisconsin RN license required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Two years of cardiac experience preferred.
