Associate Analyst Accounting and Finance Rotation Mentorship

Associate Analyst, Accounting and Finance Rotation Mentorship Full‑time. Starting February or July 2026. Work in West Los Angeles, CA office with a hybrid schedule Monday‑Wednesday onsite and Thursday‑Friday remote. Program lasts 18–24 months, rotating through accounting & finance teams across multiple brands. Responsibilities Perform month‑end close activities including preparing and posting journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis. Support compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Assist with consolidation of financial statements. Prepare financial and business analyses on topics such as expense performance, working capital and investments. Execute special projects and ad‑hoc requests including year‑end audit support, internal reporting, compliance initiatives and tax filings. Identify improvement opportunities and best practices to drive efficiency. Present management reports to senior executives and share rotation experience. Qualifications Ability to start full‑time in February or July 2026 (depending on graduation date). Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance (must be earned by program start). Strong Excel skills. Self‑starter, proactive, and curious about learning and continuous improvement. Adaptable to new situations and environments. Prioritizes personal and others’ development.
