The Role Our Business Analyst will be responsible for: Forecast inventory needs for 1000's of unique SKUs, taking into account high growth and seasonality Provide reports and analytical support to the sales team in order to bolster revenue through our wholesale channel Analyze retail sales data to find trends and opportunities to increase revenue Analyze operations data to improve efficiencies in the warehouse and minimize packing errors Evaluate product complaints and customer service issues; implement new systems to decrease customer questions and complaints Analyze Google and Meta Ads to find opportunities to improve performance while increasing spend Identify areas of improvement, new business opportunities, and new areas and responsibilities that they'd like to explore Ideal Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, supply chain or related field; or equivalent experience Strong working experience with Excel Exceptional analytical and organizational skills Passion for running a must ChicknLegs super fan - duh If you don't meet every single qualification but are excited about this role, we still encourage you to apply—we value potential and culture fit just as much as experience.
