With a main office in Wyckoff and additional locations throughout the area, candidates must be flexible and willing to provide coverage across offices as needed. Job Description Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answering multi-line phones and directing calls appropriately Scheduling and confirming appointments Verifying insurance information and collecting patient payments Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality Assisting with daily administrative tasks and office organization Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow Upholding the practice's high standards of service and appearance This practice is known for its commitment to delivering the highest standard of care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment.
