We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an RN at Ingraham Manor Rehab and Nursing, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, promoting their health, well-being, and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in accordance with established standards and policies.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Documentation: Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate patient care.

Requirements:

• Education: degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN)

• Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of Connecticut

• Certifications: BLS and other certifications as required by the facility and regulatory agencies
