DESCRIPTION

Build a book from zero and get paid on it for as long as it bills. Eclipse Staffing and Security is hiring a Business Development Manager to sell recurring 24/7 site security contracts across central Indiana: construction sites, warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, corporate campuses, and commercial property.

This is a build seat, not a caretaker seat. You will not inherit a book, and existing accounts stay with the house. You will start from scratch, with pricing and staffing support from the VP of Operations and a commission plan built to pay you on what you bring in. One signed 24/7 site runs roughly 168 covered hours a week, so a single win is real annualized revenue.

What you will do:

1. Prospect general contractors, property and facility managers, plant leadership, and building owners, and hold your meeting volume every month
2. Run site walks and security assessments: post locations, access points, patrol routes, and the hours it takes to hold a site around the clock
3. Build coverage models and bill rates with the VP of Operations, and confirm staffing before anything is committed
4. Negotiate and close recurring service agreements, then hand signed sites cleanly to operations so what was sold matches what gets staffed
5. Keep the CRM current and work renewals, rate increases, and added posts ahead of expiration

What you bring:

1. B2B sales experience with a documented record of hitting revenue targets, ideally on recurring service contracts
2. Self-starter who can work a cold start: you build the list and set your own week
3. Consultative selling and multi-stakeholder negotiation, from site walks to procurement
4. CRM discipline and a forecast you can defend at a monthly review
5. A strong central Indiana network or the ability to build one; contract security, staffing, janitorial, or other recurring service sales experience is a plus
6. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; this job is spent at client sites, not behind a desk

Compensation: competitive base salary, uncapped commission on every account you close, a paid nine-month ramp guarantee while you build your book.
