Information Technology Support Specialist

Our client, a cloud‑based construction management software platform, is looking for someone to join their team as an IT Support Specialist in Tampa, FL.

This is a 5-month W2 contract with benefits offered

In this role, you’ll serve as a primary technical resource for the internal teams, providing hands-on support across hardware, software, identity and access, endpoint management, and network connectivity. You’ll work closely with IT Infrastructure, Information Security, and other technology teams to keep the employees productive and equipped with the tools they need to build the future of construction technology.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity across global offices and remote environments.
• Support both macOS and Windows devices in a corporate IT environment.
• Manage the full employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycle, including laptop provisioning, endpoint configuration, and identity/access management.
• Configure and manage endpoints using tools such as Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
• Support identity and access technologies including Okta and Active Directory.
• Manage ITSM ticket queues using platforms such as Jira Service Management and ServiceNow, resolving incidents and service requests within established SLA targets.
• Troubleshoot and support productivity and SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and Zoom Rooms.
• Partner with IT Infrastructure and Information Security teams to deploy system updates, security patches, and endpoint compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, accessories, and software licenses.
• Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty replacements, equipment refreshes, and other asset lifecycle activities.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, self-service resources, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve the employee IT experience.
• Identify recurring technical issues and opportunities to improve IT processes, documentation, and service delivery.
