• Every Saturday/Sunday & 1 evening during the week

As an Activities Assistant, you’ll help bring joy, connection, and purpose to each day by supporting engaging programs that meet residents’ social, emotional, and recreational needs.

Be a light — to residents, families, and your fellow team members.

• Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs

• Support the execution of the daily and monthly activity calendar

• Engage residents in group and individual activities

• Help meet residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs

• Encourage participation while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being

• Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Genuine care and compassion for residents

• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to engage residents with enthusiasm and creativity

• Excellent attendance and reliability
