This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working directly with employees, solving problems, and making a positive impact in the workplace.What You'll Be DoingServe as an HR point of contact for 2nd shift employees.Assist with general HR questions regarding payroll, benefits, attendance, and timekeeping.Document employee concerns and communicate with the HR team for follow-up.Conduct regular floor walks to build relationships and maintain a strong HR presence.Assist with employee badges, company apparel, and general HR administrative tasks.Support employee engagement activities and special events.Maintain accurate documentation and provide support to the HR department.What We're Looking For1–2 years of Human Resources experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping employees.Schedule & TrainingRegular Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM. Initial training may include time on 1st shift and a temporary split-shift schedule before transitioning to regular 2nd shift hours.
