Retail Supervisor – Inventory (Part-Time) Starting Wage: $19.00–$24.00 per hour. Benefits Hiring immediately Career and promotion opportunities $200 referral bonus 401(k) program and health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans Paid travel opportunities and occasional overnight assignments Supportive environment where diversity is celebrated What You’ll Do Coach and develop Inventory Associates Follow a clear, consistent workflow Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving inventory‑related concerns and partner with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Travel to retail locations Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times What We’re Looking For At least 21 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills Excellent customer‑service and conflict‑resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours to support the District Manager and customer commitments Strong focus and attention to detail Positive, team‑oriented attitudeWillingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen, as required Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS fleet driver requirements may be required Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coach, and general labor experience are valuable backgrounds for this position. Working conditions: The position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk occasionally, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
