Compensation & Benefits for General Manager $70,000–$80,000 base salary + bonus potential Company‑paid health coverage 401(k) with company match What You’ll Do as a General Manager Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall financial performance Monitor KPIs, including sales, payroll, and operational efficiency Hire, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture Oversee cash handling, budgeting, and reporting Resolve guest concerns and ensure a top‑tier dining experience Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards Support local marketing and promotional initiatives Step into FOH/BOH roles as needed to support the team What You Bring as a General Manager Proven restaurant management experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Experience with P&L and cost control Inventory processes, counting, and analysis Schedule writing, sales forecasting, and hourly wage and labor management Proficiency with restaurant systems and Microsoft Office If you’re a hands‑on leader who takes ownership and drives results, we’d love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
