NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Restaurant General Manager in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector, located in Hagerstown. This full-time, on-site role is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic leader to drive operational excellence and elevate our customer experience within a fast-paced environment.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing staff, optimizing processes, and implementing strategic initiatives that align with our vision for growth in the restaurant industry. Join us as we focus on delivering outstanding dining experiences while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within our growing organization.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
Ensure excellent customer service and address any issues promptly
Develop and maintain budgets and financial reports
Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships
Lead marketing efforts to promote the restaurant and attract customers
Foster a positive work environment and strong team culture
Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies accordingly
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with budgeting and financial management
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
