Why join us Full medical benefits (Firm pays for some) Hybrid schedule Job Details Responsibilities Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to our clients in all matters related to insurance coverage. Handle complex insurance coverage cases, including analysis, risk assessment, litigation, and resolution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in insurance coverage laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to client cases. Participate in business development activities, promoting the firm’s insurance coverage services to prospective clients. Lead and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment. Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 8 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on insurance coverage and substantial trial expertise. Experience representing non-profit organizations and individuals. Admission to the state bar. Proven track record of successful insurance coverage case management and resolution. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing junior staff. Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
