We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Professional who enjoys helping people find their next home. Previous apartment leasing experience is preferred, but candidates with strong sales or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive hourly pay + monthly leasing commissions Paid Time Off: 120 hours (0–4 years), 160 hours (5+ years) Company-paid Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays Supportive team culture What You'll Do Welcome prospective residents and provide exceptional apartment tours Convert leads into leases using strong sales and customer service skills Process applications, lease paperwork, and move-in documentation Maintain resident files and property records Keep model apartments and amenities tour‑ready Build relationships through local marketing and outreach Respond to resident questions professionally and promptly Conduct daily community inspections to maintain curb appeal Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Apartment leasing experience preferred but not required Sales or customer service experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel) Social media marketing experience is a plus Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, detail‑oriented, and team‑oriented Ability to walk the community, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Saturday availability required If you're passionate about customer service, sales, and creating an outstanding resident experience, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
