Paths Building Services LLC is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for our affordable housing portfolio in Chattanooga, TN. The role involves tenant interactions, rent collections, lease administration, and coordinating maintenance to ensure property standards. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in property management (Section 8 preferred), supervisory experience a plus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi.
