WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SURGICAL SCRUB TECHNICIAN

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist from an accredited program
• Ability to follow strict safety and sterile protocols
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Experience in hospital medicine or medical‑surgical settings is preferred

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SURGICAL SCRUB TECHNICIAN

In this role, you become the steady, reliable force at the heart of every procedure. You'll begin your day preparing the sterile field, ensuring every instrument is perfectly arranged and ready for action. As surgeries begin, you seamlessly anticipate needs, pass instruments with precision, maintain counts, and collaborate closely with surgeons and fellow staff-all while safeguarding patient safety through impeccable adherence to infection control standards. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.-no weekends, no nights.
