As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) at our 160-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clinical functions within the facility. This includes developing and implementing facility management systems, administration, management, supervision, and coordination of all departments to ensure quality care, financial management of the facility, and maintenance of budget and census development. Additionally, you will ensure the facility complies with all federal, state, and corporate regulations and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all administrative and clinical functions within the facility
• Develop and implement facility management systems
• Administration, management, supervision, and coordination of all departments to ensure quality care
• Financial management of the facility
• Maintain budget and census development
• Ensure facility compliance with all federal, state, and corporate regulations and policies

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Current NYS Nursing Home Administrators license in good standing
• Experience in the management of a long-term care facility
• Strong team building skills
