Qualifications Required Qualifications: One year of work experience in any of the following; software development, ITS, technical support, and quality assurance. Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows, UNIX/Linux based environments. Experience with virtualization (e.g. VMWare, Hyper‑V, RHEV). Experience with logging, monitoring and reporting systems. Exposure to automated or unattended installation.
