Communications Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Communications Assistant for immediate start to support customer communications, promotional outreach, internal coordination, and client engagement efforts. Key Responsibilities Assist with customer communications via phone, email, and digital outreach Support promotional campaigns and service awareness initiatives Coordinate internal messaging and scheduling updates Help prepare marketing and communication materials Maintain customer databases and communication records Assist with local outreach events and brand promotion activities Qualifications Previous communications, marketing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using office software and communication tools Positive attitude and ability to multitask Compensation & Benefits Pay: $19 - $29 per hour Immediate hiring Full-time stable schedule Paid training Career development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
