Senior Communications Manager

Summary The Senior Manager, Integrated Communications will lead media relations, influencer and creator partnerships, and affiliate marketing across the Group’s brands to drive awareness, support retail initiatives and amplify executive and brand storytelling. This role oversees press outreach, influencer strategy, event communications and reporting while coordinating with internal teams and agency partners. The Senior Manager will build and maintain relationships with luxury, lifestyle, watch and jewelry media and manage executive visibility and media opportunities. Responsibilities Own media relations, press outreach and story placement for the Group and portfolio brands. Develop and execute influencer, creator and affiliate marketing strategies and partnerships. Coordinate interview requests, press materials, briefing documents and executive visibility opportunities. Drive communications for events, launches, retail openings and integrated campaigns. Manage relationships with luxury, lifestyle, trade, business and enthusiast media and creators. Produce media coverage recaps, performance reporting and insights to inform strategy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or related field. 6+ years of experience in public relations, communications or integrated communications; luxury, watches or jewelry experience preferred. Proven media relations experience and established editorial and influencer contacts. Experience launching or managing influencer, creator or affiliate programs and tracking performance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and media monitoring/PR reporting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to brand voice and editorial detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines, events and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Open availability to support events, launches and media opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
