Join one of the fastest growing commercial landscaping and snow removal companies in the Midwest! We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team! Our Recruiter leads full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly positions across multiple branch locations. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring dependable, skilled talent by implementing effective recruiting strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring positions are filled quickly with qualified candidates who align with our company culture. This role offices in our New Brighton location, however, also spends a day on-site in our Hastings office every other week.

Routine Responsibilities include:

• Maintains ATS data and tracks metrics
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Effectively use Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Craft sourcing communications to attract passive candidates
• Interview candidates and provide notes on qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Monitor HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Network with external resources such as colleges and other community organizations
• Design and update job descriptions where requested or needed
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Lead and participate in new hire orientations
• Adhere to recruitment process maps and overall best practices
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Make job offers to potential new hires while communicating to hiring managers any updates
• Collaborate effectively with all branches/regions on practices, hiring needs and changes to either

Requirements:

• At least 3 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process required.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify / create and implement sourcing strategies.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
