We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis through February 26, 2027. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting primarily for Supply Chain, Technical, Digital, and General Corporate positions within the Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, and Manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing multiple searches and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, working closely to meet talent acquisition goals. This role offers a flexible Monday–Thursday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT with a preferred location in Minneapolis, MN, although U.S.-based remote candidates may be considered. Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship is required.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain, Technical, Digital, and Corporate roles
• Source candidates proactively through various channels, including passive sourcing
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and client needs
• Oversee interview processes and candidate assessments
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate candidate onboarding
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively for recruitment workflows
• Implement diversity sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
• Document recruitment activities and follow up consistently to ensure candidate and client satisfaction

 

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting experience
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent full-cycle recruitment searches
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain, Technical, Digital, and Corporate role recruitment
• Excellent candidate sourcing, pipelining, and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with ATS and interview process management
• Effective negotiation and candidate assessment abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication, as well as organizational skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional experience recruiting for Supply Chain roles within large organizations
• Exposure to Big Data and analytics related to talent acquisition metrics
