Job Summary

Our client is looking for Functional Consultant at Washington, DC

Required Qualification

2+ years of experience documenting requirements and translating budget formulation data inputs into process designs, data models, workflows, reports, and automated outputs
1+ years of experience documenting current-state and future-state workflows for enterprise financial management implementations
Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, functional fit assessment, data validation, test planning, UAT, and issue resolution
Experience supporting deployment, user adoption, knowledge transfer, or development of functionally tailored training materials
Ability to comply with applicable DoD security, privacy, cybersecurity, and system access requirements

Preferred Qualification

2+ years of experience supporting Department of the Navy or Department of Defense PPBE Budget Formulation, including pre-PBIS activities
2+ years of knowledge or experience of General Fund and/or Working Capital Fund processes, appropriation structures, Justification Books, and budget exhibits
Experience supporting the functional design and implementation of OneStream solutions
Experience validating budget formulation reports, exhibits, business rules, and system load files
Experience supporting end-user training and post-deployment stabilization in a federal financial management environment.
