Role Overview:

This position will collaborate with other dedicated professionals in a dynamic and exciting multidisciplinary team setting. Our team-based model of care centers on holistic person- and family-centered care that addresses all aspects of recovery. We incorporate evidence-based practices into our services including Medication Assisted Treatment for Substance Use Disorders, DBT, EMDR, CBT for Psychosis, and WRAP, among others, to assist our clients on their journeys through recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management services.
• Facilitate case consultation meetings.
• Provides supervision to site Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
• Provides psychiatric consultation to our primary care partners through the Collaborative Care model.
• Participate in regular meetings with clinic management, coordinating psychiatry services with the rest of the clinic services and collaborating on clinical quality improvement for their site.
• Achieve 60% productivity (24 hours) billable services per full FTE.

What We're Looking For:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Pass required background checks.

Pay Range: $105.86 - $154.59 per hour
