Key requirements: The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to identify customer needs to provide effective solutions. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective clients. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, marketing, and operations to support customer needs. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Accepting pay requests Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM with overtime as needed Duration: Permenant
