Our organization is in search of a Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstruction Surgery Physician to become part of our team, which includes 10 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers. Candidates must be fellowship-trained and board certified or eligible in Female/Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Proficiency in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgical techniques is highly desirable. A strong understanding of diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical approaches for female urinary incontinence is essential.

Job Description

• We deliver exceptional, evidence-based care both in-office and through surgical procedures.
• Evaluate and manage a diverse array of urogynecology conditions, including office-based interventions, vaginal surgeries, and minimally invasive surgical options.
• Our Urogynecology division extends its services to 15 community locations and operates across 6 facilities to ensure patients can access our specialized care.
• Our program features a comprehensive fellowship initiative, and candidates will be expected to mentor and instruct residents and fellows who regularly rotate through our service.
• The on-call schedule primarily serves as support for fellows, involving approximately 4-5 weekends annually and about 1-2 weekdays each month.
• There are abundant research opportunities available in all facets of Urogynecology.
