As an Operations Associate within PNC's Health Care Operations organization, you will be based in remotely in either, Dallas, TX, Cleveland, OH, or Pittsburgh, PA. *The work schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Description Executes routine transactions/processes utilizing standard policies and procedures. May have specific responsibility for a specialized product or functional area. Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions. Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable. Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Provides feedback on workflow and work received. Reviews transactions, related documents and verifies work processes to ensure accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures. Education No Degree Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $30,000.00 – $60,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
