What Youll Do
As a Pre-Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the life of a personal injury case. Responsibilities include:
Communicating with clients and providing case updates
Requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records and bills
Managing case files and maintaining accurate documentation
Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and settlement demands
Assisting attorneys with case preparation and investigation
Scheduling appointments and coordinating case-related activities
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Supporting and collaborating with legal assistants and team members
What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, empathetic, and confident handling multiple tasks at once.
Preferred qualifications include:
Prior personal injury or legal experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and case management software
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
A proactive mindset with strong follow-up skills
