An Arizona medical center is seeking their next Interim Director of Surgical Services!

The Position

• The Interim Infection Prevention Manager will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day infection prevention initiatives throughout the facility.
• Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, the Interim Manager will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including ensuring a quality care environment, infection prevention education, and coaching pertaining to hand hygiene and best practices.
• This leader will collaborate closely with quality leadership and frontline teams to implement infection prevention strategies.
• Seeking an experienced Infection Prevention leader who will be equipped to stabilize and maintain infection prevention initiatives throughout the organization.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Prior Infection Prevention Manager experience is required.
• NHSN knowledge and experience is required.
• RN, MPH, or degree in Epidemiology is strongly preferred.
• CIC certification is strongly preferred.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $170,000 to $175,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
